Customers receive documented findings, architecture recommendations and a prioritised roadmap to guide investment and implementation decisions. Each engagement is scoped around the customer’s objectives and existing environment, with deliverables and responsibilities agreed before work begins.
This professional service relates to AWS Cloud adoption and architecture planning involving Amazon EC2, Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC), Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), according to the agreed scope. Implementation and ongoing managed support are separately scoped where required. Any AWS infrastructure or third-party software charges are additional to the professional services fee and remain the customer’s responsibility.
