Extremely Disappointing Experience—No Access and No Support!

I purchased the Supabase Annual Commits plan on May 22nd. Today is May 27th, and I still haven’t received any registration email. This means I cannot log in or use the product at all. I’ve already emailed their support team multiple times, but even basic login issues have not been resolved. I’m truly disappointed and frustrated because it feels like they are ignoring me. I expected much better service and support from a company like this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, simple to set up, and for the small apps that I am building it is free. They include quite a few other features that are included like user management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues yet, so I am quite happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a quick and easy database that I can use quickly, without having to deploy and configure my own databases locally and remotely.
