The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) is a team responsible for leading an organization's cloud strategy, including adoption of culture, migration of infrastructure, and operational processes. We as your strategic partner provide guidance on best practices and governance policies, aiming to enhance compliance, security and efficiency of you’re transition to the cloud.
Overview
The CCoE is an accountable team that centralizes knowledge and expertise to drive the organization's cloud strategy. By gathering information about the company's structure and key players, they design a CCoE structure that enhances compliance, security, and efficiency. Their goal is to evangelize cloud internally and create accelerators for cloud adoption. The valantic consultants will accompany you during the creation of the CCoE and with designing a cloud adoption strategy aligned to the well-established valantics extended edition of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (AWS CAF).
Valantics consultants will deliver together with you an organizational assessment of current and future AWS usage, designs a mission statement, define roles, and establish together with the founded CCoE cloud adopted processes and interfaces with other departments. Successful KPIs are defined, and C-Level approval and executive sponsoring are required for this process.
In the next step valantic will support the CCoE to define sensible guardrails for infrastructure, security, compliance and governance with support of AWS services like AWS Organizations, AWS ControlTower, AWS GuardDuty, AWS Security Hub in the cloud. We will work out a plan and strategy to walk you through this process of change and support you in your cloud transition process.
