You buy this product through a single usage-based dimension: a package of 1 Million ILIM Credits. Credits draw down as you use the service, so your cost scales with actual consumption rather than a fixed seat or subscription. Tasks like importing documents, generating draft responses, and running quality checks consume credits from your balance. When your credits run low, you purchase another package to continue. There are no tiers or instance sizes to choose between — you scale simply by adding more credit packages as your proposal volume grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an ILIM Credit, and what actions draw them down?
An ILIM Credit is the consumption unit metered as you use the service. Actions like importing and analyzing a proposal document, generating draft responses, and running automated quality checks each draw credits from your balance. Credits deplete based on the work performed, not on a fixed per-user or per-document rate.
How does my credit consumption scale as proposals get larger or more complex?
Consumption tracks the amount of AI processing each task requires. Longer documents and multi-step tasks read and generate more content, so they draw more credits than short, simple ones. A large multi-page proposal with many sections consumes more credits than a brief information request. Your balance depletes in proportion to the work.
What happens when my ILIM Credit balance runs out?
Credits draw down from your purchased package as you use the service. When your balance is depleted, you buy another package of 1 Million ILIM Credits to continue. There are no tiers or instance sizes to select; you add credit packages as your proposal volume grows.
