The Road to Graviton

We can partner with you on: 1) Planning, 2) Benchmarking, and/or 3) Implementation.

Planning is required if you would like us to help with Benchmarking and/or Implementation.

After Planning, we will partner with you to chart a path to adopt Graviton. We will partner with you to determine if you need both Benchmarking and Implementation or just Implementation.

Benchmarking is recommended if you have a larger AWS footprint and not comfortable with the "all-in at once" methodology.

For smaller AWS footprints, you may opt to skip Benchmarking.

Key Deliverables

1. Planning
   • Include review of your goals, discuss milestone timelines, identify project team members and follow-up action items, your ground rules, access to AWS
   • We inspect and produce an inventory report for your AWS infrastructure and applicaion tech stacks
   • The inventory report provides the following:
     • AWS Services that supports Graviton
     • Your tech stacks and the level of effort to adapt them for Graviton. There are 2 levels of effort: 1) Standard and 2) Custom Engineering Required
     • An assessment, based on your actual operational and performance metrics, if/how Graviton would improve on performance and save you on costs
   • We provide instruction on how to upgrade the AWS Services you currently use to Graviton
   • We provide instruction on how to upgrade your Standard tech stacks to use Graviton
   • We provide a strategy on how to upgrade your tech stacks that required Custom Engineering to use Graviton
2. Benchmarking
   • We partner with you to select a subset of AWS Services and tech stacks to upgrade to Graviton
   • We upgrade the selected AWS Services and tech stacks to Graviton
   • We partner with you to build out the architecture to enable A/B testing
   • We partner with you to analyze the A/B testing result to determine right size and estimate the performance improvements and cost savings
3. Implementation
   • We partner with you to select the full set of AWS Services and tech stacks to upgrade to Graviton
   • We upgrade the selected AWS Services and tech stacks to Graviton
   • We partner with you to build out the architecture to launch the Graviton implementation and smoothly transition your workloads over to Graviton
4. Free 30-days support
   • After final delivery and acceptance, you will get free 30-days support for Q&A, training, knowledge transfer, bug fixes, tuning and adjustment
