Highlights
Trusted by leaders: The world's biggest enterprises and brands - including OpenAI, Netflix, Turo, Workday, and Matillon - partner with AuthZed to help them manage essential business services and continue to innovate.
Built on Open Source: AuthZed is built on SpiceDB - the most popular open source authorization project - created and maintained by the same team. Our commercial open source model provides greater resilience, audibility, and transparency than black-box software.
Loved by developers: AuthZed moves permissions out of your applications and repositories and puts them where they should be-in a purpose-built graph database so your teams spend less time coding and recoding authorization more time doing their jobs. That means more productivity, more value delivered each sprint, and happier developers.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing bills through a contract using two dimensions. You buy AuthZed Platform Credits, which apply to Enterprise, Dedicated, or Cloud deployments. Credits act as prepaid units you draw down as you use the platform. If your usage goes beyond your credit balance, usage-based fees cover the overage. This structure lets you commit to a credit amount up front, then pay for anything extra on a metered basis. Both dimensions are priced per unit, so your total scales with how much authorization capacity you consume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one AuthZed Credit map to when I use the platform?
Credits act as prepaid units you draw down as you consume authorization capacity across Enterprise, Dedicated, or Cloud deployments. The platform meters usage hourly and invoices monthly in arrears. Your credit balance covers this metered consumption, so the number of credits used tracks how much authorization work the system performs.
What happens to my bill if usage goes beyond my credit balance?
Once you consume your prepaid AuthZed Credits, usage-based fees cover the extra. These overage charges meter your continued consumption and appear as a separate dimension. You do not lose access when credits run out; the overage fees simply apply to usage past your committed credit amount.
Which dimension drives most of my cost, credits or usage-based fees?
AuthZed Credits carry your committed, prepaid consumption and usually account for most spend. Usage-based fees apply only to consumption past your credit balance. If you stay within your credit amount, you incur no overage. Heavy or growing usage shifts more cost into the usage-based fees dimension.
