You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Insight Terra operates a formal event/fault and change management procedures to ensure a consistently high level of support to its clients, operated by appropriately trained and experienced support staff. Customer support is provided at different service levels depending on the package selected (Entry, Standard, Professional or Enterprise). Telephonic intervention can be provided if needed.
Support covers user access management, usage troubleshooting, fault management and onboarding issues, plus specialised training and consultation on data acquisition issues. Depending on the severity of the issue and package level chosen, response times will vary.
