AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You choose one of three base plans: Basic, Pro, or Enterprise. Each plan sets monthly allotments for requests, orders, products, employee accounts, emails, and storage. Higher plans raise these limits and add support options, with Enterprise including phone support plus onboarding and custom development services. Six usage dimensions bill separately when you exceed your plan's allotments. These add-ons cover extra requests, database storage, emails, products, orders, and employee accounts. So your total cost combines a fixed monthly plan fee with any overage charges for usage beyond the included amounts.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one request for billing purposes?
A request is a call to the platform, including page views and API calls. The platform exposes nearly 1,000 API endpoints for searching, editing, adding, and deleting records. Each call to these endpoints or the site counts toward your monthly request allotment.
What happens if I exceed my plan's monthly allotments?
You keep operating, but each metric that goes over bills separately as an overage. Six usage dimensions track this: requests, database storage, emails, products, orders, and employee accounts. Only the amount above your plan's included allotment is charged. Your fixed plan fee stays the same.
Which dimensions usually drive overage charges the most?
That depends on your activity. High-traffic sites tend to exceed request allotments first. Busy stores may pass order or email limits. Large catalogs may exceed product counts. Data-heavy accounts may exceed database storage. Each metric bills independently, so several overages can appear on one invoice.
