Overview
The SoftSlate Cloud Platform (SCP) is designed to provide a collection of time-tested, robust functions to help businesses get stuff done on the web. For over twenty years, SoftSlate has worked with clients large and small to help them service their customers better and improve their own internal workflows. These features are great in and of themselves, but they can also serve as a platform for you to build your own custom features unique to your business. The SCP system lives inside the AWS hosting enviroment.
Out-of-the-box SCP gives you a robust and secure ecommerce system for selling your products or services to your customers online. Within that it has a number of content management features and customer relationship features. For employees, SCP features a flexible, secure and mult-faceted administrative portal. Features of the portal include product and content management, order management, inventory management and more.
Of course we realize that your requirements are also unique to your business - indeed they may well represent what sets you apart from your competition. So all our built-in features are designed to be easily extended or customized.
