THE FIRST AGENTIC OPERATIONS PLATFORM FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES
Duco was built for organisations that need to automate their mission-critical data processes to eliminate repetitive tasks, streamline operations and improve data quality. Capital markets and asset management firms rely on ingested, transformed and reconciled data to reduce financial risk and prevent reputational damage, but these tasks are traditionally handled by fragmented point solutions and manual work.
Our agentic Operations platform gives firms the ability to unlock full end-to-end reconciliation, data trust and automation of their data, regardless of source, format or structure.
Key features:
Flexible ingestion: AI extracts and ingests data from any file, in any format, structured or unstructured, data and format agnostic.
Data prep: transform, normalise and enrich data in-platform, without a separate ETL tool.
Reconciliation: fuzzy matching, at scale, of any type of data, with any number of columns.
Exception management: fully agentic exception management, with auditability, change control, agentic root cause investigation and follow-up and repair.
In-platform MI, with export to visualisation tools, further processes or reporting.
Enterprise-grade security: SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, aligned to DORA.
Expert professional services teams who know the industry, processes and Duco inside-out.
Duco customers rate us among their most important tools, reflected in a 94% client satisfaction score and end-user Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This trial listing uses a single pricing dimension billed under a contract. You pay based on the number of active processes you run each month, measured in units. A process is a data automation workflow you set up on the platform, such as data preparation, reconciliation, or exception management. Your cost scales with how many processes stay active monthly. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. As you add or remove active processes, your unit count adjusts accordingly.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly counts as one active process for billing each month?
A process is a workflow you build on the platform, such as a data preparation, reconciliation, or exception management routine. Each configured process you keep running counts toward your monthly unit total. You can schedule processes to run at set times or when data arrives, and still count toward the active total.
What happens to my cost if I add or retire processes during the month?
Your bill scales with the number of processes active that month. Adding processes raises your unit count; retiring processes lowers it. Because the platform is cloud-based software as a service, you can adjust usage to meet new volumes, use cases, teams, or geographies without an installation or IT project.
Does the number of transactions or data volume affect what I pay?
No. Billing is driven by active process count, not transaction volume. A single process can handle large volumes, with the engine processing up to one billion transactions per day. Running more data through one process does not add units; only the number of active processes changes your count.
