Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This listing uses a contract structure built around compute units (CUs), a measure of how much computational resource your API requests consume. You commit to the Enterprise plan through a Private Offer, which covers up to 5 billion CUs per month. If your usage goes beyond that included amount, the overage fee applies per million CUs consumed. The two dimensions work together: one sets your committed monthly CU allowance, and the other charges for usage past that limit. Pricing scales with how many compute units your application uses each month.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A compute unit measures the computational resources each API request uses. Simple calls use around 10 CUs, while complex operations may use 100 or more. As a rough estimate, average about 27 CUs per request. Your monthly total across all requests determines your CU consumption.
Usage up to 5 billion CUs per month is covered by your Enterprise commitment. Once you pass that included amount, the overage fee applies per million CUs consumed beyond the limit. Only the usage above your allowance is charged at the overage rate.
The Enterprise commitment sets your monthly allowance of up to 5 billion CUs. The overage fee bills separately for CUs used past that allowance. Both appear together: a fixed committed amount plus any per-million-CU overage. Your consumption in CUs drives which charges apply each month.
