To ensure efficiency, scalability and security, MaCS is provided as a SaaS solution using AWS services such as:

• Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2): enables scalable computing resources, making it easier run applications and manage workloads without the need for physical hardware

• Relational Database Service MySQL: is a managed cloud database service that simplifies operation and scaling of MySQL databases. It automates tasks such as backups, patching, and monitoring. RDS for MySQL supports high availability and security features.

• Virtual Private Cloud: is a service used to create a private, isolated network within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.

• Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes: is a cloud computing service that provides scalable, on-demand computing resources. It lets you run MaCS on virtual machines, providing flexibility in capacity and scalability.

Additionally, MaCS allows reworking the BOM to meet sustainability KPIs, transforming that into a new MDS ready for upload to IMDS/CDX.
