Data Cloud is Salesforce’s hyperscale, (near) real-time data platform deeply integrated into the Salesforce Ecosystem. It eliminates data silos, creating a single platform to access and leverage all your Enterprise Data, and seamlessly integrates structured and unstructured data (PDF’s, emails, call transcripts, etc.) into Salesforce with a library of connectors and leverages zero copy integrations.

- Bring Your Own Lake [BYOL] w Zero Copy/Zero ETL enables bi-directional data integration between DW/DL platforms. This approach enables connectivity to data stored in external platforms without the heavy lift of traditional ETL technology to move or copy the data. You simply connect and use the data in place to unlock its value. Data Cloud will have coverage for Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Databricks and AWS Redshift
- Integrates to any system with its open and extensible framework
- Uses ID resolution and matching rules to link multiple records into a unified profile
- Segments and acts on the data across multiple channels within Salesforce and external platforms
- Pay only for what you use with a credit/consumption based commercial model
