Agile Automation Cell

This Ctrl365 service is a Blue Prism RPA solution development cell, in a work framework based on agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) and its monitoring through Azure DevOps. All our cells are managed and work with a dynamic backlog, which must be agreed with the service sponsor. This will allow us to assign corresponding roles for each stage of the service and manage costs effectively and efficiently.

It includes all the tasks of our Digital Workforce Development (from the survey to the maintenance of Blue Prism solutions) and, if necessary, the installation and configuration of the Blue Prism Infrastructure. Our professionals are available to be assigned to each stage of the DWD, on demand, this allows us to reduce development times, make assignments and team costs more efficient, and address our clients' requirements in an effective and transparent manner.
