    VibeAI API Usage Instructions

    VibeAI provides an AI-driven incident management platform with a secure token-based API for organizations to analyze, summarize, and collaborate on incidents in real time.

    Authentication

    Before using the API, buyers must:

    1. Subscribe via AWS Marketplace 
    2. Complete onboarding via our identity provider (Auth0) which sets up your organization and admin account.
    3. After onboarding, generate an access token as follows:

    Step 1: Get Authorization URL

    Note: The authorization_url field in the response contains a full Auth0 login URL.

    Step 2: Open the Authorization URL in a Browser

    1. Copy the authorization_url value from the JSON response.
    2. Paste it into your browser and complete the Auth0 login process.
    3. After login, you will be redirected to a page that displays your access token as plain text.
