meshStack Showcase

The aim of the joint showcase is to demonstrate the acceleration potential and increased transparency provided by the automated governance functionalities of the meshStack platform in the areas of IAM, tenant management, security & compliance, cost management and service ecosystem. For this purpose, a standardized basic setup of meshStack is set up during the showcase, which provides the following functionalities:

• The Cloud Foundation Team can define its tag catalog and policies
• Trial users can provision tenants in the self-service public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Trial users can assign permissions to the environments they create
• Cloud Foundation team can define and track budgets
• Trial users have cost transparency on their projects
• Cloud Foundation Team can provision existing automation and services, e.g. based on terraform
• Trial users can provision these services in a self-service manner
• The Cloud Foundation Team has visibility into all tenants and costs

Upon successful completion of the showcase, a deep integration into the customer's existing IT systems and processes is planned.

During the showcase, the meshStack platform will be provided to you as SaaS in a Public Cloud environment provided by meshcloud. Integrate up to two cloud platforms and 5 users during this trial (AWS, Azure, AKS, GCP).

In order to let you experience the added value of the meshStack platform as quickly as possible, our Cloud Foundation experts from the areas of IAM, security or chargeback will support you and actively accompany the onboarding process.

• Joint kickoff workshop: Access and introduction to the meshStack platform.

• Topic introduction in stakeholder workshops: Landing Zones, Marketplace, integration and management of existing cloud environments: The workshops are designed to explain the capabilities of the meshStack platform and provide understanding of scenarios beyond the showcase.

• Integration support for platforms, landing zones, governance model, etc: If self-service is possible, you independently perform the integration of meshStack into your own environment (e.g., connecting cloud platforms). meshcloud provides appropriate assistance in the form of documentation, guides, and personal sessions via video calls.

• Cloud Foundation Maturity Assessment: Based on meshcloud's Cloud Foundation Maturity Model , an assessment is conducted to plan the next steps and define a roadmap for the further expansion of your Cloud Foundation.

To achieve the objectives of this showcase, cooperative collaboration is envisaged. Experience shows that the cooperation of the following contact persons is required to achieve project goals and provide necessary prerequisites:

• Product Owner Cloud Foundation (or comparable)
• Platform owners/engineers of the cloud platforms to be integrated
