The amount of money spent on cloud services has long been the domain of the IT team. As the use of cloud resources expands within the organisation the allocation of the associated costs becomes increasingly difficult.
Most organisations have multiple teams, projects or departments which require some form of cloud resources, either as standalone services or shared IT infrastructure. The ability to precisely and proportionately map each element of cloud spend to a part of your organisation will enable an unprecedented understanding of your cloud economics.
Cloud Ctrl is a cloud cost management platform that helps you optimise and gain clear insight into your cloud spending. It provides tools to quickly analyse spend and provides forecasts of future costs. It also offers budgets, spending alerts, and recommends custom optimisations, ensuring you get the best value from your cloud investments.

You choose between two contract plans based on the scale of cloud spend you manage. The Business plan fits organisations monitoring multiple clouds, with monthly cloud spend valid up to US$250k. The Enterprise plan suits larger organisations, IT service providers, cloud resellers, and managed service providers that oversee spend beyond that range. Both are billed by units under a contract. The plans are tiers, not add-ons, so you pick the one matching your monitored spend and organisation type.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for billing under either plan?
A unit measures your monitored monthly cloud spend across connected accounts. The Business plan covers monitored spend valid up to US$250k per month. Units track the cloud spend the platform observes across your providers, not the number of users or accounts you connect.
What happens if my monitored cloud spend grows past the Business plan's US$250k monthly limit?
The Business plan is valid up to US$250k in monthly spend. Once your monitored spend moves beyond that range, the Enterprise plan applies. Enterprise suits larger organisations, IT service organisations, cloud resellers, and managed service providers overseeing spend above the Business range.
Which plan should IT service providers or cloud resellers choose?
The Enterprise plan targets larger organisations, IT service organisations, cloud resellers, and managed service providers. It supports allocating cost data to your customers, adjusting price and currency, and giving customers visibility into their own costs between invoices. The Business plan focuses on monitoring your own multi-cloud spend.
