    Analytic Dataset

     Info
    Sold by: Equifax
    Deployed on AWS
Anonymized, non-aggregated granular consumer-level data across all asset classes

    Overview

Analytic Dataset provides granular, loan-level data across credit cycles and asset classes, including auto, credit card, mortgage, student loans, and unsecured personal loans to more accurately predict future performance. It is created from an unbiased ten percent statistical sample of the U.S. credit active population across all geographic boundaries, with historic data starting in 2005.

It provides insights into the credit health and payment performance of U.S. consumers over time and across various economic cycles, enabling investors and other market participants to better model delinquency, default, loss severity and prepayment as well as more accurately value securities.

Analytic Dataset includes an anonymous consumer identifier enabling users to link behavior of the same consumers over time. Analytic dataset enables users to track changes in consumers' mailing address zip codes through time. It also includes a scrambled account number enabling users to link performance of each loan over time.

The data is updated monthly with new credit entrants to mirror the credit population.

    Dimensions summary

This listing uses a single pricing dimension: Product Access, measured in Units. You buy under a contract that grants access to the product for subscribers. Pricing is not split into tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons. Instead, you commit to a set quantity of access Units for the contract term. Your total cost scales with the number of Units you purchase. Because there is one dimension, there are no separate feature levels or upgrade paths to compare within the Marketplace pricing.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

A Unit grants a subscriber access to the product under your contract. Your total cost scales with how many Units you buy. The listing does not break Units into separate feature levels or usage add-ons. Confirm exactly how Units map to seats or access rights with the vendor before purchase.
Access covers a cloud-based data and analytics ecosystem. You can combine your own data with vendor and third-party data, run pre-built and custom models, and move from analysis to production. Identity resolution links datasets and removes personally identifiable information. The exact scope tied to your Units should be confirmed with the vendor.
Delivery is cloud-based, so you can access it from anywhere. You can reach it directly or through a data-as-a-service provider. You upload your own data, add vendor data, and tie into existing campaign, account management, and business platforms to put decisions into production.
