TrueClaim is an explainable machine learning platform for insurance fraud detection and claims decisioning, built by TAO Trees AI, Inc.
Upload historical claims data, train oblique-tree fraud models, deploy champion models to production, and score live claims with probability, leaf-level rules, and peer context, so investigators review fewer cases and every flag has a defensible explanation. Explainability comes from the model (leaf rules and structured reason codes), not post-hoc guesswork.

Architecture and deployment: TrueClaim is delivered as a multi-tenant SaaS application operated by TAO Trees. Each customer organization receives isolated tenants for datasets, models, deployments, and inference history. Training can run in the buyer's Databricks on AWS workspace (Built on Databricks). Customer artifacts and metadata are scoped per tenant; TAO does not commingle customer data across organizations.
Proven in production motor claims at Tier 1 insurer scale (350K claims/year), TrueClaim displaced an incumbent vendor while catching a high share of confirmed fraud with a smaller review queue.

You choose one of two annual subscriptions, each covering one organization on a 12-month term. Both include hosted fraud-claim scoring, the full ML lifecycle, and model retraining within the subscription. The plans differ by included monthly claim volume and the number of retrainings per year. The Starter plan covers a lower monthly claim volume and one retraining. The Growth plan covers a higher monthly volume, two retrainings, and a lower per-claim overage rate. Claims scored above your included volume bill through the separate ClaimsScored metered dimension. Each plan applies a soft usage ceiling that does not interrupt scoring.

One scored claim is one claim record TrueClaim evaluates and returns a risk score for. Each claim TrueClaim ingests through API or batch and assigns a risk band and Decision Card counts as one. Claims scored above your monthly included volume are billed through the ClaimsScored metered dimension.
Scoring continues without interruption. Claims above your included monthly volume bill through the separate ClaimsScored metered dimension. Each plan also sets a soft usage ceiling for planning purposes. Reaching the ceiling triggers an alert only; TrueClaim does not stop scoring your claims.
No. Training and retraining are included in your annual subscription and are not separately metered on AWS Marketplace. The Starter plan includes one successful model retraining per contract year. The Growth plan includes two successful retrainings per year. Retraining beyond your plan's count is handled outside the metered dimensions.

TAO Trees AI, Inc.: TrueClaim contract fees are non-refundable after subscription activation and onboarding, except where required by law. Billing errors or disputes: contact https://www.taotrees.ai/contact within 30 days with your AWS account ID and subscription date. Cancel renewal via AWS Marketplace; access continues through the paid contract period.
