Vendor refund policy
Prepaid Software: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days if unused, had critical issues, or was canceled before activation. Afterpayment Software: Refunds must be requested within 10 days of invoice for billing errors, unresolved defects reported within 15 days, or cancellations before the next billing cycle. No Refunds for: Change of mind, discontinued use, late cancellations, or EULA violations.
