LSD Cloud’s Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) Modernisation Assessment is a collaborative, high-impact engagement designed to unlock the value of modernisation. Delivered through facilitated workshops and deep technical sessions, we rapidly identify 2–3 high-value modernisation opportunities and map them to AWS modernisation pathways such as containers, open source, DevOps, managed databases,AI and cloud-native architectures.
Using AWS-aligned tools and the A2T assessment platform, our team evaluates your current application and DevOps environments, business drivers, and technical readiness. The outcome is a prioritised modernisation roadmap, target architectures for selected workloads, and clear next steps for building MVPs.
This assessment eliminates ambiguity, accelerates stakeholder buy-in, and provides a concrete plan to transform legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions that deliver measurable business value.
