With Dizzion Cloud PC on Amazon WorkSpaces Core, organizations can streamline their virtual desktop delivery by combining the power of the Dizzion cloud-native platform with the global scale and security of AWS. This fully managed Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solution enables persistent, personal Windows 11 desktop experiences, built for hybrid work and maximum productivity. We offer two complementary tiers - Core and Complete - to fit every operational model.
The Core Tier is ideal for organizations that already have in-house IT operations, identity services, and endpoint management tools in place. If your team can handle monitoring, patching, and support with existing staff and systems, Core lets you spin up Cloud PCs in minutes - without overhauling your workflows. Companies with 25 or more users can choose from five performance-tuned configurations, plug into your existing AD or run as standalone, and deploy directly over the internet or via private networking.
The Complete Tier builds on the flexibility of Core with enterprise-grade management, security, and unlimited scalability for 50+ desktops, and requires Private Network Access per region. With Dizzion-managed services - Overwatch real-time observability & analytics, automated OS and Application patching, and self-service software deployment for up to two administrators - you get a truly hands-off Cloud PC experience. Tailored for organizations requiring centralized identity, granular performance controls, and seamless global expansion, the Complete Tier also offers a rich add-on catalog - from vulnerability monitoring to advanced firewalling - delivering a turnkey solution that scales with your business. The only elements you manage are end-user support and application deployment.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You buy prepaid bundles of persistent virtual desktops on a contract term. Both dimensions use the same Standard 80+10 configuration: 4 vCPU, 16 GB RAM, an 80 GB root volume, and a 10 GB user volume. They differ by bundle size. One bundle covers 25 desktops under the Cloud PC Core tier. The other covers 50 desktops under the Cloud PC Complete tier. Both serve the North America region. You pay upfront for your chosen quantity and term, invoiced at purchase. If usage exceeds prepaid entitlements, you pay overage charges billed monthly.

Persistent means each user keeps the same desktop and its data between logins. The Core bundle counts 25 desktops; the Complete bundle counts 50.
Usage beyond your prepaid entitlements is treated as an overage. Dizzion invoices these extra desktops monthly, separate from your upfront bundle payment. Your prepaid amount is paid at purchase; only the desktops above that count trigger the monthly overage charge.
Dizzion Cloud PC includes managed services. Dizzion handles provisioning, operating system patching, performance tuning, and security management for your desktop environment. This support is part of the bundle, so your team does not need a dedicated internal team to run the environment.

It gives me cloud choice flexibility, comprehensive management, and high performance user experience.

It has limited configuration options like user provided image and performance issue just like weak internet connectivity

It reduces the burden on IT teams by handling complex tasks like image creation, patching, and user provisioning, allowing them to focus on strategic project. Like most DaaS, performance drops with weak connectivity.

Problem is struggle to securely access company apps/data outside the office. Solution is it provides cloud-hosted desktops accessible anywhere, on any device.

Nothing except that as a product, it has a way to go, beyond what it promises today

Our branches connect remotely to our point of sale, a desktop application for windows. And several users to their desktop PCs.
