Our approach:

Week 1-2: Run an Infrastructure discovery to understand your environment. We can use AWS native tools like MRA, Migration Eveluator and AWS Application Discovery Service to review your business drivers for moving to cloud infratsructure. Run various workshops to understand your requirements across various Cloud Adoption Framework perspectives (Business, People, Governance, Platform, Security, and Operations). Week 3-4: Present a complete business report on your cloud migration, tailored specifically to your business to provide you with the following: Estimated costs with eligible AWS optimization options.
