Secure AI knowledge assistant that uses Claude models through Amazon Bedrock. It answers staff questions from your approved documents, requires authenticated sign-in and logs activity for review. Asante Cloud configures, deploys and operates the platform, applying the governance controls defined in Asante's AI Governance, Security & Token Spend Assessment.
Asante AI Agents, Governance & Intelligence Platform
Many organizations want generative AI to answer questions from their own policies, procedures and reference documents, but stall on security, access control and governance. The Asante platform gives teams a governed AI knowledge assistant that answers using retrieval over approved content, with authenticated access and activity logging, operated by Asante Cloud.
What the platform does today
Answers natural-language questions using retrieval over the customer's approved documents, such as policies, SOPs, manuals and knowledge bases
Uses Claude models by Anthropic through Amazon Bedrock
Requires authenticated user sign-in through Amazon Cognito
Records activity with AWS CloudTrail for audit and review
Runs as a serverless application using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon S3
How Asante Cloud delivers it
Configure: Asante works with the customer to define use cases, approved content sources, user groups and access rules
Deploy: Asante loads approved content, sets up authentication and logging, and validates answers with customer stakeholders
Operate: Asante provides ongoing managed operations, including content updates, user administration, monitoring and periodic governance reviews
Asante Cloud has been selected for the Claude Partner Network and delivers secure Claude solutions on AWS.
Governance first
Customers that need a baseline before deployment can start with Asante's separate AWS Marketplace professional services listing, the AI Governance, Security & Token Spend Assessment. It inventories AI use, reviews data access, identity and security controls, and establishes AI token and cloud spend baselines, aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. The controls it defines are applied when the platform is deployed.
Common use cases
Policy, procedure and SOP lookup for staff
Internal knowledge retrieval for operations, compliance and support teams
Public-sector and regulated environments that need governed, logged AI access to approved content
Who it is for
State and local government, public safety, education and other public-sector organizations, and commercial organizations including private equity portfolio companies and SaaS businesses.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract covers two pricing dimensions that work together. You pay for access to Custom Agents and Agentic Systems, which delivers the AI agents customized to your needs. Separately, you pay an overage charge for Agent Token use per contract. Token usage measures how much the agents process, so this dimension scales with your actual consumption beyond what your contract includes. The two dimensions are independent: one grants access, the other bills for usage above your committed level. This lets your cost track both platform access and real agent activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the Custom Agents and Agentic Systems dimension give me access to?
You get access to AI agents customized to your needs, plus agentic systems built on AWS. These support governed AI adoption, approved data access boundaries, output review, and policy alignment. Access is billed per unit, separate from any token usage charges.
What triggers the Agent Token overage charge, and when does it apply?
Token usage measures how much the agents process. The overage dimension applies only when your token consumption goes beyond the amount included in your contract. You pay per overage unit for that excess. Usage within your committed level does not trigger this charge.
Which dimension drives most of my bill — access or token overage?
The two dimensions bill independently and both can appear on your invoice. Access to Custom Agents and Agentic Systems is a fixed charge per unit. Token overage varies with actual agent activity. If your usage stays within contract, only the access charge applies.
