🏗️ The architecture is built in layers. Ingestion brings data from priority sources through APIs, ETL/ELT processes, incremental loads, CDC mechanisms, structured files, and specific connectors. The data lake organizes it into Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers that preserve the original data with traceability, apply standardization, enrichment, and quality rules, and prepare information for analytics, indicators, dashboards, and applications. Data is organized by business domains and exposed as curated data products for BI tools, APIs, and AI agents. As the foundation matures, the same curated data supports advanced analytics, predictive models, scenario analysis, and machine learning use cases.

🛡️ Governance is built in from the start and evolves with the platform, covering data catalog, metadata, business concept definitions, information classification, data quality, lineage, traceability, access control, auditing, retention policies, security, and requirements related to data protection regulations such as LGPD.

🤖 The Bridger Agentic Platform adds AI agents specialized by area and context, working on top of the data foundation or connected directly to existing systems, and is delivered by specialists and Forward Deployed Engineers who embed AI into the customer processes. The platform is model agnostic, working with GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other models according to cost, performance, and quality, and combines corporate RAG over documents, rules, and processes, MCP connectivity for real time queries to ERPs, CRMs, databases, and legacy systems, and isolated namespaces for each area, unit, or customer. Users work through a corporate chat, dashboards, and visual artifacts generated by the agents to support consultation, reporting, approval flows, and predictive analysis.

🎛️ The Bridger Agentic Platform also adds a governance layer for the entire AI environment. Managers monitor usage by user, department, and institution, check the quality and performance of each agent in use, and follow the cost of token consumption in real time, with financial and operational visibility through dashboards and reports. Every interaction is traced by user, agent, system queried, response, and cost, giving customers full accountability for auditing and for a controlled expansion of AI across areas and units.

☁️ This service is built to take advantage of AWS capabilities in support of customer data and AI needs. The solution can run on AWS or involve AWS infrastructure, depending on the specific requirements of each customer, including storage for the data lake layers, data processing and ingestion pipelines, data catalog and governance, analytics and business intelligence, AI assisted analysis and generative AI for the agents, compute and hosting for the agentic platform, monitoring and observability, and security capabilities for identity and access control, encryption, backup, and recovery.

🤝 The full scope is delivered as a managed service. Bridger starts with discovery, assessment, and architecture, producing a data source inventory, data and data quality assessments, integration and data domain maps, conceptual and technological architecture, ingestion strategy, initial governance model, MVP definition, and evolution roadmap. It then builds the first operational version of the data foundation, including environments, storage, processing, security, monitoring, backup and recovery, the first ingestion pipelines, and the initial catalog, followed by testing, acceptance support, documentation, and assisted operation to stabilize the solution in production. Specialists work in an integrated model with customer teams, combining delivery with knowledge transfer, and the platform evolves with data products, advanced analytics, machine learning, and new AI agents according to the priorities and use cases defined by each customer.
