Overview
StackOne Gateway
One connection to add hundreds of governed connectors and 30,000+ optimised actions to any agent platform using native MCP, A2A or SDK integrations.
The Tool Gateway for successful AI rollouts
StackOne is the Tool Gateway for successful AI rollouts across teams and systems. It manages the tool layer between AI agents and business applications through an MCP gateway, managed connectors and custom-system connectivity, with tool discovery, token optimization, authentication, permissions, prompt-injection defense, secure execution and observability.
Why organizations need a shared tool layer
When an organization moves from a few AI experiments to a rollout across functions, every agent environment needs reliable access to business systems. If each team maintains its own connectors, authentication, permission model, tool catalog, execution path and logs, complexity and risk grow faster than the value the agents return. StackOne is the shared, managed layer those teams build on instead.
Connect to Everything
Hundreds of pre-built connectors and 30,000+ prebuilt actions spanning revenue operations, marketing operations, finance operations, service and support, IT and employee service, HR and people ops, and talent acquisition. Connect in minutes through MCP, A2A, SDKs for Python and TypeScript, or direct REST APIs. When the catalog does not cover a system, the AI Connector Builder handles proprietary and long-tail APIs, including SOAP, OData and in-house services, in minutes. Compatible with 60+ AI clients and frameworks including Amazon Quick Suite, AgentCore, Claude, LangChain and Glean.
The Falcon Execution Engine is a self-improving integration engine built for agentic tool calling, so actions that agents get right the first time run faster and use fewer tokens.
AI Agent Webhooks trigger workflows on any app event, filtered, enriched and trimmed, so agents act without polling.
Optimize Every Call
Tool Discovery searches across all agent tools instead of front-loading schemas into the context window. That avoids tool-count limits and cuts token use by up to 80% on tool-heavy actions, with 91.6% first-try accuracy on S1 Search Bench. Advanced Data Search adds search, filtering, sorting and querying over pre-synced data, none of which the underlying APIs offer.
Secure Every Action
Managed authentication handles OAuth, SAML, API keys and scopes in one interface, so credentials never spread across teams. Granular permissions set which tools each user's agent can call, at the action, field and user level, and they are enforced on every call.
Prompt Injection Guard catches over 90% of malicious tool responses before the agent sees them.
Observe
Request tracing, audit logs and real-time monitoring cover every action an agent takes. Deploy in the cloud or self-host.
Who it is for
Mid-market and enterprise organizations rolling out AI agents internally across multiple teams, business functions and enterprise systems.
The need is industry-agnostic and strongest in complex or regulated environments such as financial services, healthcare and large organizations.
Enterprise compliance and data handling
SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, HIPAA compliant and CCPA compliant. Customer data is stored only if you choose, in the processing region you select, with full control over retention.
Highlights
- Connect AI agents to 100s of enterprise apps with 40,000+ pre-built actions through MCP, A2A or SDK, optimised by running against 100,000+ evals using real agent prompts. Managed authentication handles OAuth, SAML and API keys across every provider. The AI Connector Builder covers proprietary and long-tail systems, including SOAP, OData and in-house APIs, in minutes. Compatible with 60+ AI clients and frameworks including Amazon Quick Suite, AgentCore, Claude, LangChain and Glean.
- Cut token cost and improve accuracy, with up to 80% token savings on tool-heavy actions and 91.6% first-try tool-selection accuracy on S1 Search Bench. Tool Discovery surfaces only the tools each task needs instead of front-loading the context window. The Falcon Execution Engine is a self-improving integration layer built for agentic tool calling, so actions that agents get right the first time run faster and use fewer tokens.
- Granular permissions set which tools each agent can call, at the action, field and user level. Prompt Injection Guard catches over 90% of malicious tool responses before the agent processes them. Every agent action leaves an audit trail, with real-time monitoring across all of them. SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR, HIPAA and CCPA compliant.
