The subscription supports two connected solutions. Essentials Plan handles capital planning, project prioritization, scenario planning, and funding decisions. Essentials Build handles construction management, schedules, budgets, contracts, documents, and field updates. Data flows between them, so funding decisions carry into delivery and actuals sync back into plans.
Cost scales with the number of units you commit to in your contract. There are no usage-based charges or add-ons in the pricing table. To increase capacity, you adjust the committed unit quantity. Changes to the committed amount are handled through the vendor rather than automatic metering.
