Help Desk Support for Users on an extended hour basis, provided that where the Avue Help Desk determines the user issue stems from the Subscriber network environment, Subscriber technical staff will promptly work with Avue technical staff to resolve the issue. Avue will maintain customer and end user support to receive, log, track, and escalate all data center-related problems for the ADS environment on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
