To ensure value and efficiency, DELFIA has established a strategic sprint planning. This planning emphasizes organized delivery and adding value at every stage, reflecting our extensive expertise.

• Tagging Strategy and Implementation: Defining the tagging strategy and best practices.
• Support in Agent Installation: Consultation in the client's environment for effective installation.
• Datadog Workshop: Workshop covering the tool's main functionalities.
• Dashboard Development: Creation of monitoring dashboards.
• Alerts, SLOs: Configuration of alerts and SLOs, including integrations with other tools.
• Log Configuration: Best practices for ingesting and indexing logs in Datadog.
• Finops - Licenses: Management of license consumption and related alerts.
• Documentation: Development of documentation and knowledge transfer.

The following topics are not within the scope of the activities carried out in this service package:

• Activities related to other services purchased by the client.
• Activities related to technical support for tool problems (bugs), with the manufacturer being responsible for correction and support.
• Assistance and adjustments in tools other than the manufacturer's official one.
• Installation and configuration of agents within servers.
• Carrying out administrative activities such as creating GMUDs, request releases, project status reporting in the client's PMO format, etc.
• Official or unofficial training of the involved solutions, as well as development of educational materials. Refer to the "Observability Like a Boss" service package for this topic.
• Documentation on architecture and product features other than the official ones provided by the manufacturer.
• Development of integrations.
• Delfia will not implement components not natively supported by Datadog.
• The client may identify new needs or adjustments not described in this scope, leading to an increase in activities required for project delivery. Additional deliveries or scope adjustments will need to be negotiated separately with a new project contract.
• Activities are carried out remotely during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and do not include the 'on-site' presence of the Delfia team, unless previously agreed upon.
• DELFIA limits its guidance to best practices for tracking consumed licenses. We are not responsible for any on-demand charges made to the client during or after the project.
• This description solely pertains to the professional services provided by DELFIA to the client.
