• Defining the Migration pattern based on best practices and extensive experience
• Planning the AWS architectural design of the data target within the environment
• Planning the Database and Conceptual Architecture
• Formulating a Risk management plan
• Creating the Migration strategy description, including milestones for success
• Creating a Cloud resources initial cost estimation
• Preparing an initial data gap analysis and transformation guidelines
• Preparing an SoW and cost estimation for Data Migration, including licensing
• Calculating the initial cost estimation for ongoing operations
• Forming an estimated project timeline

Execution

• Migration of data, according to the Assessment, Planning and Preparation stages.

• Cutover plan that includes knowledge transfer and change ownership process
