Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An asset is any device observed on your network within the last 30 days. This includes IT, OT, IoT, cloud, mobile, and remote devices, plus unmanaged and unknown devices found through scanning. Each 500-asset unit covers 500 such devices. Devices not seen in the last 30 days do not count.
Capacity is measured in blocks of 500 assets. To cover more assets, you add more 500-asset units. Cost rises in fixed increments per unit added. You match the number of units to your monitored environment and adjust the quantity as your asset count changes.
