Overview
mRes is pre-built in the AWS GovCloud and available for download from the public app stores. Customer organizations provide their specific content (local resources, department contacts, peer support personnel) as part of the onboarding and configuration process. The end result is an app tailored to support a specific organization and support their wellness program.
Key differentiators vs. other similar apps include:
- A prehab approach - We focus on helping build and maintain personal resilience while also providing a path to support resources.
- Security and Anonymity - No personal information is collected on users, content flows one way to authorized end users. Users are authorized but deidentified to preserve anonymity while using the app.
- Native App - mRes works without an internet connection and makes use of the existing features on the personal device. Whatever phone, chat, web browsing tool, etc. is installed on the user phone is what mRes uses. These activities occur outside the app with no data interception.

The mRes Subscription Service includes Service Support and Maintenance during the term of the License. Support is not sold separately. Support consists of (a) Error Correction provided to a single consistent technical support contact concerning the use of the mRes Subscription Service, (b) E-mail Support, (c) Online Support and (d) Updates that TIAG makes generally available to its Support customers without additional charge.
