SYNDIC HQ is an AI-powered media operations platform for agencies, multi-location organizations, and teams managing multiple brands or clients. It brings content planning, production, review, scheduling, distribution, and performance reporting into one controlled workspace.
Social media operations often become fragmented across disconnected tools, calendars, approval processes, asset libraries, and reporting systems. As content volume grows, teams spend more time coordinating production than making decisions about the work itself. SYNDIC HQ brings those activities together so organizations can manage content as a repeatable operation.
AI does the production. Your team makes the decisions.
SYNDIC works from your organization's Brand System, including brand context, audiences, content pillars, reference assets, and production preferences. These inputs guide the creation of copy, images, videos, and carousels so content begins with your business and brand direction rather than a generic prompt.
Autopilot planning helps identify gaps in the content calendar and develop work for review. Teams can also request content in plain language, provide creative direction, and use approved reference assets or product screenshots. Content moves through configured review and approval workflows, where team members can review, edit, regenerate, approve, reject, or hold the work.
Approved content can be organized into a calendar-based publishing plan. SYNDIC supports connected social destinations through their available publishing or platform-specific handoff workflows, giving teams visibility into what is scheduled, where it is going, and what still needs attention.
Performance reporting brings available platform data back into the workspace. Reports show what was created, what was published, and what connected platforms actually reported. Where a platform does not provide a figure, SYNDIC identifies the missing data rather than estimating it.
For agencies, SYNDIC supports an agency account with dedicated client workspaces, helping keep each client's brand, content, and operating context separate. For multi-location and multi-brand organizations, it provides a shared content operation with role-based permissions, team collaboration, and workspace-wide production allowances.
SYNDIC HQ is designed to reduce fragmented workflows, maintain brand consistency, and give teams clearer control over high-volume content production. Instead of starting every week with a blank calendar, your team can give SYNDIC direction, review the work it produces, and organize approved content into a publishing plan.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose from three tiers billed as a contract. The tiers scale by connected destinations, team member seats, and monthly content productions. SYNDIC 3 covers up to 3 destinations, 3 team members, and 270 productions. SYNDIC 5 raises those limits to 5 destinations, 5 team members, and 450 productions. SYNDIC ELITE keeps 5 destinations but expands to 10 team members and 900 productions. All three include custom video, and SYNDIC ELITE adds priority service. Pick the tier that matches your team size and monthly output needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one monthly production in my tier's limit?
A production is one piece of content the platform generates for a connected destination, such as a video, image post, or carousel. Each item counts as one production against your monthly limit. SYNDIC 3 allows up to 270, SYNDIC 5 up to 450, and SYNDIC ELITE up to 900 per month.
What counts as a connected destination?
A connected destination is a publishing channel you link to the platform, such as a social or content account where posts go out. SYNDIC 3 supports up to 3 destinations. SYNDIC 5 and SYNDIC ELITE each support up to 5. Team member seats and monthly productions scale separately from destinations.
How do team seats, destinations, and productions combine to set my tier?
All three limits apply together within one tier. You pick the tier that fits your highest need across the three. SYNDIC ELITE keeps the same 5 destinations as SYNDIC 5 but doubles team seats to 10 and productions to 900, and adds priority service. The three limits do not bill separately.
