    Convert .pem to .ppk using PuTTYgen (if needed).

    Open PuTTY Host: ec2-user@<your-ec2-public-ip>

    Go to SSH > Auth and load your .ppk key.

    Click "Open" to connect.

    Once logged in, run the following command to check the MongoDB version: mongod --version
