This listing has one pricing dimension: Free (default). You pay nothing to use it. There are no tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose between. The single dimension covers your access to the onboarding offering at no charge. Because there is only one option, pricing does not scale with usage or quantity here.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the Free (default) dimension actually give me access to?
You get the AI onboarding offering as a standalone API. It auto-discovers your hosts, services, and dependencies with no manual setup. When an alert fires, it maps blast radius, identifies root cause, and returns a structured incident summary with prioritized actions. You can integrate it with a single API call.
Does my cost change as I add more hosts, services, or alerts?
No. This listing has one Free dimension, so your cost stays at zero regardless of how many hosts, services, or alerts you process. There are no usage thresholds, per-host meters, or overage points that trigger a charge under this dimension.
Is any manual configuration or setup work required before I can use this?
No manual topology mapping or complex configuration is needed. The tool auto-discovers your infrastructure, and most teams are running in under 15 minutes. You connect it as a standalone API and integrate it into your existing incident workflow with one API call.

Good visibility into service health, not just alerts

Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it both when something is actively failing and when I want to look back at service health.
The uptime view, incident history and affected-service context are useful because they give more meaning to the alerts we already have. If there is a problem, I can understand the impact quickly. Later, I can also see whether the same kind of issue has happened before instead of starting from zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major in my current use. More detailed historical reporting and comparisons between recurring incidents would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the amount of time spent collecting incident context from different tools and helps us follow service reliability more consistently.
That means faster investigation when an issue happens and less repetitive work afterward. The team can spend more time improving the infrastructure instead of manually reconstructing what happened every time.

Parny DB Agent Brings Database Insights Into Your Main Alert Workflow
Reviewed on Jul 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most is that database-related findings do not remain isolated in a separate monitoring screen. Parny DB Agent can surface slow or unusual query behavior and send it into the same alert and incident workflow used by the rest of the platform. This makes it easier to look at a database issue as part of a wider operational problem rather than treating it as a standalone technical warning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stood out as a major concern during my evaluation. I would need more time in a live environment to comment in greater detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database performance issues can affect applications before the wider impact becomes obvious. Parny helps bring these findings into the same response process as infrastructure and application alerts. The main benefit is having a more complete incident picture and making it easier to decide whether the database layer should be investigated early.

Structured Incident Analysis That Makes Root Cause Assessment More Useful
Reviewed on Jul 28, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What stood out to me is that Parny does not simply send a group of alerts to an AI model and generate a generic explanation. It first uses infrastructure relationships and alert context to determine which signals are likely to belong to the same incident. This makes the root cause assessment more useful because the analysis begins with a structured incident rather than an unfiltered alert list. For complex environments, that difference matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis becomes more detailed when the platform has access to a complete infrastructure map. The alert-only experience is still useful, but connecting the InfraMap Agent provides significantly more context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the hardest parts of incident investigation is deciding whether several alerts represent one failure or multiple unrelated issues. Parny combines correlation with infrastructure-aware AI analysis to create a clearer incident boundary. The main benefit is starting the investigation with a more coherent technical picture instead of manually comparing every alert.
