Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses one pricing dimension: a Per User License. You buy a license for each user, and the price scales with how many users you cover. A minimum of 100 licenses applies, so your starting commitment is set at that floor. Buying more licenses raises your total in line with the per-user rate. Pricing follows a contract model, meaning you commit for the agreed term. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose from — the count of user licenses is the single factor that determines your cost.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user license for billing purposes?
A license covers one person who works with the backup and archive product. You license each admin, developer, or team member who manages backups, restores, or archiving. Licenses are counted per named user, with a floor of 100 licenses required to start.
How does cost change as we add users beyond the 100-license minimum?
Cost scales with the number of licenses you buy. The 100-license minimum sets your starting point. Each license added above that raises your total at the per-user rate. There are no usage meters, so the license count is the only factor that changes your bill.
Is this billed as an upfront commitment or by actual usage?
This uses a contract model, so you commit to a set number of licenses for the agreed term. You are not metered on data volume, backup frequency, or storage. The fixed license count determines your cost, which suits teams with steady, ongoing backup needs.

I appreciate Flosum for its incredibly comprehensive DevOps solution which, unlike Salesforce's DevOps Center, offers functionalities such as rollback, code versioning, and code quality analysis, which we greatly missed before. The ability to view the change history is especially useful for development control and security. Additionally, the integrated backup solution is a valuable feature, providing an additional layer of security for our data in Salesforce. The initial transition was very smooth, evidenced by the quick integration of our teams, which reinforces the platform's efficiency and usability. This comprehensive set of features was decisive in our migration from other solutions, and I did not hesitate to recommend it to other colleagues, given the positive impact it has had on our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the DevOps solution should have greater segmentation of access and security, with the possibility of segmenting access to pipelines or other resources within the branch. In the backup solution, it would be interesting to have the possibility to transfer data between orgs, such as removing data from org A and transferring it to B.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Flosum as a DevOps and backup solution for Salesforce, solving issues like rollback, code versioning, and quality analysis, which were absent in Salesforce's DevOps Center.

Superior Release Management, but Unit Test Requirement Still Frustrates
Reviewed on Oct 17, 2025
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, this is simply a superior release manager when compared to Salesforce’s built-in deployment manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
When deploying non-apex components to Production, I still find that unit tests are required. It's possible that I'm missing an option or perhaps not using the process correctly. To get around this requirement, I usually include an apex test file with my deployment, even if it's not actually necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying with this tool is much simpler than working with Salesforce’s change sets. It really streamlines the process and makes everything easier.
