Consistent and correct location information is vital for conducting analysis with confidence while avoiding costly mistakes. Unique identifiers help you maintain your address and property databases, enrich address locations with contextual information, and perform spatial analytics. Address Fabric is the foundational data that provides the key for easily accessing this wealth of information.
Address Fabric is a current and comprehensive list of all known addresses in the United States. Each record is pre-geocoded to provide the most precise latitude and longitude coordinate location, including physical locations that are not deliverable by the postal service. Each record contains the street address, coordinate location, census information, and property details for that addressable location. Address genealogy known as parent/child relationships for primary and secondary addresses such as units, suites, and apartments are also included. Records are then assigned our unique identifier that can be used for data management and exchange, or appending enriched contextual information such as demographics, psychographics, property tax, and risk factors.

This listing uses a single pricing dimension called Product Access (Units). It grants you access to the sample product at no cost, since the listing is offered free. There are no tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose between. You subscribe once to gain access, and the unit simply tracks that entitlement. This sample lets you evaluate address data capabilities before committing to a paid product.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Product Access unit actually grant me?
One unit represents your subscription entitlement to this sample listing. It tracks that you have access, not a resource like a server, seat, or data volume. You subscribe once and the unit records that access. It does not meter usage or scale with activity.
Will my cost change based on how much I use this sample?
No. The listing is free, so no charges accrue regardless of use. There are no included amounts, tier boundaries, or overage points that could trigger a cost change. The single unit only confirms access and does not meter address lookups or requests.
What address data capabilities can I test with this sample?
You can evaluate address verification and geocoding features, which standardize and confirm addresses using validated reference data. The sample lets you test these outputs before moving to a paid product. It focuses on United States address data, as reflected in the listing name.
