User Activity & Access Management • Audit active vs inactive users to remove unnecessary roles. • Identify high-privilege accounts, ensure proper governance and analyse login patterns to detect anomalies.

Storage Cost & Data Retention Review • Identify unused, orphaned, or redundant tables driving up storage costs. • Review Time Travel & Fail-Safe retention policies to optimise historical data storage.

Security & Governance Assessment • Evaluate role-based access control (RBAC) configurations for security gaps. • Check network policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA) usage, and encryption settings.
