Bubbl is a location-based notification platform for exhibitions and conferences. An SDK plugs into an existing iOS or Android app, and a dashboard lets marketing and operations teams draw geofences around halls, sponsor stands, activation zones and session rooms, then trigger notifications when attendees arrive or leave. Recipients can be attendees or staff, such as a stand team alerted the moment a priority lead walks in.

    Overview

Bubbl turns an attendee's location into a trigger for the right message, sent to the right person, in the right place. It comes in two parts. An SDK integrates into an existing event or conference app, on iOS and Android and a dashboard where marketing and operations teams can build campaigns and draw geofences around exhibition halls, sponsor stands, activation zones, session rooms and registration. Notifications fire on entry or exit, so the message lands the moment it's relevant. An attendee reaching a sponsor stand sees a product video; one entering a session room gets the agenda or a feedback survey; crossing into a partner zone triggers a digital brochure or a lead-capture form. Each can carry image, video, audio, survey or text.

Staff can be the target just as readily. An accredited VIP, speaker or accessibility request enters a zone, and the alert routes to the stewarding or operations app so the team can meet them in person; a sponsor's stand team is flagged when a high-value lead arrives; a session steward is told when a room is filling toward capacity.

The SDK is a single install that goes live in about 30 minutes. After that, campaigns are built and changed from the dashboard with no further development work. It scales from a single conference to a full portfolio of shows.

Bubbl runs on AWS. Real-time reporting, audience segmentation and reusable notification templates come as standard. Campaigns built this way see 86% higher engagement than standard push notifications, and a 4 x improvement in 30-day retention.

    Highlights

    • Notify attendees based on location: Draw geofences around exhibition halls, sponsor stands, activation zones and session rooms. When an attendee crosses a boundary, Bubbl fires a notification - a product video at a stand, the agenda at a session room, a brochure or lead form in a partner zone. Triggers work on entry and exit, and notifications carry image, video, audio, survey or text.
    • Send alerts to staff: A Bubbl notification can target staff just as readily as attendees. An accredited VIP, speaker or accessibility request enters a zone and stewarding or operations is alerted to meet them in person. A sponsor's stand team is flagged when a priority lead arrives. The right people are briefed in the moment, without the attendee being pinged.
    • Live in about 30 minutes and fully managed via dashboard: The SDK is a single install into an existing iOS or Android app with campaign creation and management done directly from the dashboard, no further development. Real-time reporting, audience segmentation and reusable templates are built in. Hosted on AWS, it scales from one show to a full portfolio.

    Dimensions summary

You choose from three license tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each is billed as a contract and priced by units. This reflects one subscription scaled to the number of your app users. The tier you pick sets the license level for your location-based notification campaigns. Moving from Bronze to Silver to Gold changes the license scope. Each is bought as a separate license option, so you select the tier that matches your user base and campaign needs.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Pricing scales to the number of your app users. One subscription covers the users of your existing iOS or Android app, where the Bubbl SDK runs. As your user base grows, you select the license tier that fits that user count.
You commit through a contract for your chosen license tier. Each tier is purchased as a separate license option rather than metered by usage. You pick Bronze, Silver, or Gold based on your app user base and campaign needs, then run campaigns under that license.
Each license covers the SDK that plugs into your existing app and a dashboard for building campaigns. You draw geofences, upload assets, set entry and exit triggers, and target by segment. Open rates, clicks, and footfall update in real time. No app rebuild or new infrastructure is needed.

    Vendor support

Onboarding starts with a setup session to map the target stations and geofences and confirm how the SDK fits the existing app. Most integrations go live within 30 minutes of the install. Support is available through email at  transport-support@bubbl.tech . Engineers are on hand Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT, for integration help, geofence configuration and reporting questions. Documentation covers SDK installation, geofence and trigger setup, the staff-notification routing model, and data handling and privacy. Enterprise networks get a named contact and direct access to the engineering team for larger rail, bus and multi-modal rollouts.

    AWS infrastructure support

AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
