- Manage Detection and Response for EC2 instances, providing 100% managed next-gen EDR capabilities and response services.
- Provide operational setup and complete management of EDR platform.
- Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of EDR protected devices for security threats.
- Complete reporting on Customer security posture.
- Investigate into detected threat activity.
- Initiate actions to remotely disrupt and contain active threats
- Remediate affected system of malicious activity
- Report on detailed root cause analysis
- Maintain updates for deployment to include agents for deployed devices
- Manage Security Policy.
