Once identified, you'll proactively trigger personalized retention offers and adapt experiences in real time with the next best actions designed to retain their business without over-incentivizing. Customer Decision Hub clients routinely reduce churn rates by 10-50% and retain an average of $193 million annually.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing bills through a single contract dimension called Pega CDH (Units). You buy units of Pega Cloud Services, with usage defined by the End User License Agreement. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or add-on dimensions to compare. Your cost scales with the number of units you commit to under the contract. The unit count you select sets your commitment for the term. To determine how many units fit your customer engagement and real-time decisioning needs, review the license agreement terms and confirm with the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Pega CDH represent for billing?
A unit measures usage of Pega Cloud Services as set by the End User License Agreement. The agreement defines how usage translates into units. Because the exact counting method is governed by that license, review its terms and confirm with the vendor how your engagement volume maps to units.
What happens to my cost if my customer interaction volume grows during the term?
Your committed unit count sets your cost for the contract term. As usage grows, your bill depends on how the End User License Agreement counts that activity against your units. Track your consumption against the committed amount and confirm scaling and any added-unit handling directly with the vendor.
Does this contract cover the underlying AWS infrastructure, or just the software?
The dimension bills for usage of Pega Cloud Services under the End User License Agreement. The product runs as a cloud service, so the license terms define what the units include. For specifics on what falls inside the unit charge versus separate costs, confirm with the vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
This is best because it is easy for users to handle . With the use of Pega’s Next-Best-Action Designer, you can configure and control all of your one-to-one decision strategies from a single interface – with best-practice guardrails built right in.The Pega decisioning hub does what it says on the tin; it is a truly integrated single platform that enables business to deliver personalisation at scale. Experience of other software companies often brings 'stuck together' solutions where they've procured products and sellotaped them. Pega provide a wealth of capability and features in a single product that is core to the solution. It is robust, scalable and has enabled us to manage a complex portfolio and customer base. Complex doesn't mean complicated but it allows us to leverage insights, ML and decisioning strategies to do the right thing for the customer at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't think so there is anything to dislike but to compete with this digital ear its team needed to work on its improvement on a daily basis. and it should be more user friendly.Further investment from Pega to seamlessly integrate into data visualisation tools like Qlik would be really valuable. Whilst Pega itself has it's own this is considerate of the data mastered within it rather than the broader aspects of customer insight and analytics. For it's own purpose it can be useful but we need to be able to stream data out of Pega into other tool sets to enable self serve. Pega has invested heavily in recent years in traditional CRM channels and the latest version is vastly improved. Further investment here, especially with helping clients to transition from traditional batch to always on would be valuable. Staying ahead of the latest advancements in technology - python, R, sagemaker, stream sets, kafka, react, google cloud etc are where big companies are focusing their effort and Pega needs to ideally go faster to ensure their technology can be developed at speed in line with their clients growing demand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we are moving to Pega SaaS from on premise; if we could start over and it was available at the time we would have implemented this model rather than on-premise.
