What do you like best about the product?
The alert function is really easy to customize. And the native integrations cover all major cloud providers making inventory and very straightforward. Great team, and highly responsive for all our questions and feedback.

Not much. It's a great solution overall and excellent value.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides very stable security functionality capable of keeping the entire system in constant protection and visibility from the cloud of each of the applications to have a wide range of security visualization. When attackers try to enter the system, FireTail issues accurate and immediate alerts to prevent the system from being exposed. Everything is useful and very good support for security
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that bothers me, everything has been treated in a good way with the support team, when something is wrong, a solution is immediately given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No matter how small the detection of an anomaly may be, it issues an alert immediately, which helps me to be sure that the system is protected and when it is at risk, the alerts will be the ones who let me know to take security measures.

What do you like best about the product?
With permanent monitoring, it has made it possible to detect threats in time and thus be able to react quickly to problems. The notifications are very safe and accurate when issued and that generates a great degree of confidence in FireTail. All the visibility that can be maintained over the system allows for tracking and API events, strengthening the system. It is a great security tool that helps us keep every corner of the system safe.

provides the security and confidence of having an entire system protected at all times with its alerts that notify possible attacks and thus maintain control over everything

What do you like best about the product?
The posture it presents towards security has been the perfect one to have confidence that everything will be protected and safe against API attacks, the alerts when they detect any anomaly in the system have made it possible to prevent attacks in time and be able to have everything control over the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very heavy software that made my computer a little slow, but it is worth it for the security it provides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although I am not on the engineering team that installs and modifies this software, I do use it for system security and I have found it to be very intelligent in the alerts and security it provides.
