An active user is an end user whose device runs the OFD solution during the month. OFD installs on the device to protect access to banking, e-commerce, and government sites. Each end user operating a protected device counts toward your monthly active user total.
The Starter tier covers up to 10,000 active users per month. When your active users exceed that capacity, the per-user dimension applies so cost scales with each additional active user. Charges track your actual monthly active user count rather than a fixed license quantity.
Billing is based on active users per month, so cost reflects users who actually run the solution during that period. Devices where OFD is installed but not active in a month should not add to your active user count. Contact the vendor to confirm how inactivity is measured.
