You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

UpHill provides dedicated onboarding and ongoing support to all AWS Marketplace customers. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm CET. For urgent clinical or technical issues, email support@uphillhealth.com or visit our support portal. Average first response time is under 4 business hours. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager and access to priority support channels.
