Cash can be broken out by denomination or grouped by bills vs. coins. Batch and Deposit-level reports make reconciliation easy across all included cashiers. Audit reports provide transparency and accountability by showing cashier activity.

Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

The Teller Client Care team provides the following standard services:
- Help desk support to the client's designated support staff for diagnosing, triaging, and trouble-shooting support requests during business hours.
- Online issues reporting and tracking tool for reporting and tracking issues 24 x 7 x 365. Scheduled monthly maintenance outside of business hours.
- Support email address to open tickets via email.
- A toll-free support number provided to every Can/Am client.
On call support can be added as an option item in advance, or in case of an unexpected after-hours emergency, the client can call their Can/Am account manager to escalate and rally the necessary support.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
