    What do you like best about the product?
    Very easy to use and implement! Perfect for tracking multiple expenses
    Customer Support is great and there is always someone available to help.
    I use this at least once every calendar month.
    They have so many features which is perfect for expenses and means I can complete expenses with ease.

    What do you dislike about the product?
    I havent got anything that i dislike about Jenji at current.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is very easy and not time-consuming as I can just snap a pic of my receipt and upload later.

    You can configure your own mileage rate which is great for any travel expenses.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The automatic receipt scanning feature works really well.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We are an international company, based in Europe. I am part of the US subsidiary. Jenji converts amounts in EUR. I want to see all amounts (USD, CAD, EUR) converted in USD. I don't care about EUR. Also, it is difficult to follow up on which expenses have been paid or not. There is a status that says "Accounted", but that does not tell me which reimbursements are actually deposited into my account. And this is all the more difficult to understand when amounts are converted in EUR and my expenses are reimbursed in USD. Also, why not accept PNG as a file format? Sometimes an expense receipt can be a screenshot of an email or web page, in which case the most likely format is PNG (I actually asked that question to support and was told something about the primary purpose of the app being an electronic vault or something. I would like to use an expense app that is designed to be an expense app).
    Our US subsidiary had Expensify before, with automatic credit card account integration, clear workflow and follow-up.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I guess this is still better than having to use a spreadsheet. But definitely has a lot of room for improvement.

    I like the auto completion features from invoice

    I don't receive real time notifications on my mobile phone unless I check myself the application.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps me compute my expenses and get reimbursed by my company

    What do you like best about the product?
    Jenji is one of the best Artificial Intelligence-backed, easy-to-use software that automates business expense management. It helps individuals and businesses to manage business expenses in real-time effectively.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The downside of this software is that it doesn't allow you most of its options if the user is not taking their Plan Team and Plan Enterprise. The Plan solo doesn't provide many opportunities.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    This software is helping me with bank reconciliation which is not an easy task without the help of any software. This software is also allowing me to set up automatic business card transactions.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Good customer support. One of the better-priced products in this category. Was easy to get started. I like that you can digitize your receipts and cut down on paper receipts.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's pretty straightforward. As with most expense tracking software, auto-categorization always leaves much to be desired but that seems to be where technology is at this time.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It really helps to be able to digitize and organize expense receipts. Having it cloud-based means I don't have to worry about backing up or losing paper receipts. It's been a big timesaver and helps us analyze expenses much more easily.
