Highlights
Automate the work of provisioning, managing, and scaling infrastructure.
Complete visibility into all entire infrastructure: every resource that has been provisioned and full map of each deployment pipeline. Analyze each to understand current state: health, cost, security, compliance, and dependencies.
Full control of the underlying cloud resources to configure infrastructure and add new services.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay a flat monthly rate for each service and each managed database you run. This is usage-based pricing that scales with your count of deployed resources. Add another service or database, and your monthly total rises by one more unit. Remove one, and it drops. There are no fixed bundles or preset tiers here. Your cost tracks directly to how many services and databases you keep running at any given time.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable unit under the per-service and per-database charge?
Each running application service counts as one unit. Each managed database you provision counts as one separate unit. The flat monthly rate applies to every service and every database you keep deployed. Databases include supported types like relational and search engines, all running on dedicated infrastructure.
Does the monthly rate change if I scale or resize a service or database?
The flat rate applies per service and per database, not per size. Scaling container count or resizing memory does not add units. Your unit count changes only when you add or remove a service or database. Underlying infrastructure usage like compute and storage is metered separately.
Am I charged if I stop or remove a service or database?
You pay the flat monthly rate only for services and databases you keep deployed. Remove one, and your monthly total drops by that unit. Your bill tracks the count of running resources at any given time, so decommissioning unused resources lowers what you owe.

Aptible AI Gateway is a managed LLM gateway for teams using AI in healthcare. Route requests through a single control layer that enforces compliance automatically on every request. One BAA with Aptible covers all supported models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock), with automatic audit logging of every prompt and response, encryption in transit and at rest, and PHI de-identification built-in, with all data encrypted in transit and at rest.
Aptible is very easy and setup takes very little time to configure all our servers. Deployment for our application was quite streamlined. We use Aptible for our production deployments as well as our staging environment.
Integration with the various external API services is seamless.
Once the servers are configured and running, deployment of application upgrades happen without any discernible downtime.
We could spin up additional servers and resources whenever we needed to and reduce them when we did not require them anymore.
Support has been responsive and would resolve issues quickly.
We could also do most of the tasks with the self-help tools provided, including learning from the documents available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be a bit slower in the support queues when some major incident would occur. Perhaps some extra templates to help with logging might help us. But generally, very little to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aptible provides us with the platform to provide secure teleheath and pharmacy services without needing a team to maintain the underlying servers and platorm.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy-mode. If you work in healthcare, this is such a good starting point. When getting your HIPAA compliance, oh- look -- all the documentation is done for you.
Oh and you want a database? So straightforward to set up.
Oh and HTTPS and managing certs? a thing of the past. Just point your DNS and their proxy takes care of the rest.
In short, if you're trying to bring SaaS to healthcare, I can't think of a better place to get started.
P.S. You get real human, expert support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't support FedRAMP and custom hardware configurations; eventually your company may grow faster than the Aptible feature set. That's okay -- getting started is the hard part. Once your needs have surpassed Aptible's offerings, your engineering team will likely be well-equipped to do any needed migrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, not having to think about privacy and security as it relates to HIPAA and setting up and managing the additional infrastructure and monitoring needed to maintain compliance. Deployment of apps and databases is easy. It just works and I have not had any issues over the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to properly get Datadog tracing working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA compliance and related privacy/security.

Everything I use aptible for has been super easy and works smoothly - no notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aptible makes hosting/deploying apps and monitoring/scaling databses as easy as possible
