You pay one recurring rate for each virtual machine (VM) the platform manages, billed monthly. A VM is a software-based computer running in your cloud or on-premise environment. Your cost scales directly with how many VMs you place under management. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose. Adding VMs increases your monthly total; removing them lowers it. User access is not a billing factor, so the count of VMs is the single variable that drives what you pay.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A VM is one software-based computer under management, whether it runs in a cloud environment or on-premise. The platform supports VMs across virtualization platforms and physical infrastructure. Each managed VM counts once per month, regardless of who accesses it. User accounts are not counted, so unlimited users can operate the platform.
Yes. You are billed per VM per month, so your total scales directly with the count under management. Adding a VM raises your monthly charge. Removing one lowers it. Self-service provisioning and decommissioning let your teams adjust the managed VM count as needs change.
No separate charge appears for these in the pricing table. The per-VM rate is the single billing dimension. The platform includes pre-built automations, integrations and connectors, and a native orchestration engine described as requiring no additional licenses.
