Overview
eLogic Workflow is a web platform that allows you to digitally or electronically sign documents in PDF format, using any type of device with an Internet connection. Digitally signed documents will enjoy integrity, authenticity, and non-repudiation by the legal system defined in Law 527 of 1999, additionally, it will respect the standards and guidelines for conservation and archiving, defined by the General Archive of the Nation.

- Define Flows It allows defining document signature or co-signature flows with parallel or sequential actions of their signatories.
- Visible Digital or Electronic Signature Allows you to associate a visible Electronic or Digital signature to the document. This visible signature can be associated with the graph of the handwritten signature.
- Electronic Notifications It allows you to upload a document and define which people should digitally sign it. Each person will receive a certified email with the notification that a new document is pending to be signed.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Vendor refund policy
Refunds will only be granted for cancellations made within the first 30 days of activation without consumption of services. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
