Vendor refund policy
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Only unused/unactivated subscriptions qualify. Refunds may not be granted if the software is deployed, accessed, or used. Prorated refunds for subscriptions depend on AWS policies.
Refunds won't be issued if the software is used, integrated, or past the refund window, or due to user error, compatibility issues, or separately purchased services/support
