Dimensions summary
This contract prices on two separate unit counts. The Employee dimension charges by the number of employees the platform processes. The Position dimension charges by the number of positions it processes. Each is measured in units, so your cost scales with the size of your workforce and role structure. You pick the quantity that matches your organization. These are volume-based measures, not feature tiers, so pricing grows as the counts you register rise. The platform visualizes, analyzes, and simulates organizational structures using this consolidated data.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An employee is a person record the platform processes from your connected HR systems. A position is a defined role or seat in your structure, which may be filled or vacant. Vacant positions still count as processed positions, since the platform tracks open roles separately from headcount.
Both charges apply and appear together. Employee count usually dominates, since most organizations have more people than distinct roles. Position count adds cost when you track many open or planned roles, such as during succession planning or open-position management. Your totals combine based on both counts you register.
Cost scales with the counts you register. As you add employees or positions the platform processes, the billed units rise accordingly. These are volume measures, not feature tiers, so there is no boundary that unlocks features. You register the quantities that match your organization's current size.

Vendor refund policy
In case of termination for cause due to a material breach attributable to the Licensor, prepaid fees for the unused term shall be refunded on a pro rata basis. In case of SLA underperformance, the exclusive remedy is SLA credits or credit notes as defined in the SLA, with no further refund rights. In case of SaaS hosting failure without commercially reasonable replacement, the Agreement may be terminated and prepaid fees for the unused term refunded on a pro rata basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool stands out for its flexibility and robustness, and it’s backed by the vendor’s consistently reliable support model.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no usage metrics available, and users aren’t notified when their session times out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to simulate the future state of the org structure during reorganizations and other mass change events, along with the delivery of key metrics, helps business leaders and HR make more informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
the quick, prompt and clearly overview of the SAP personell master data (chart)
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike ? Not really, but please could you improve the download functionalities especially for excel users and the selection of data that the user intends to dowload or to check. Checking data in excel can save time e.g. in the controlling department.
Otherwise you have to check all the charts which can be time consuming in bigger companies e.g. regarding checking of master data changes in the context of re-organizations (sometimes the HR department presents preliminary changes to check).

In our company many people have access to the org.manager on our intranet website and this could be very helpful for many people and would save a lot of time regarding the handling of company cars, travel costs, posting of invoices, creating purchase orders etc.
If such a tool already exists, please let me know.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many opportunities to visualize your organizational charts. You will never get out of ideas and let your creativity run free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has a lot of helpful features, but therefore in some cases it is very complex. So sometimes it is a bit difficult to find the right way to install a new perspective. Luckily our contact person has helped us with every problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes you need a lot of time to find a solution for little problems. But when you have find them, the visualization is almost perfect.
